Software Requirements:
- Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) software, such as Appian, Pega, and IBM BPM
- Familiarity with workflow design and modeling tools, such as Visio and BPMN
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python
- Knowledge of database systems, such as Oracle and SQL Server
Overall Responsibilities:
- Design and develop BPM solutions to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation
- Develop and implement process workflows and models to streamline business operations
- Maintain and support BPM systems, including software upgrades and bug fixing
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BPM systems
- Participate in the testing and quality assurance process for BPM solutions
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of BPM concepts and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong programming and scripting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience:
- XX years of experience in BPM and process automation
- Proven track record of delivering BPM projects

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification in BPM software is a plus
