The Marketing Integration Program Manager will be responsible for driving program excellence across our marketing teams and initiatives that will support and increase collaboration with global and regional marketing teams across Xero. Leading to more effective marketing programs and program investment.
This role will take ownership of implementing cross marketing programs that allows Xero to achieve our commercial goals:

● Supporting the evolution and optimisation of the Brand Marketing quarterly and annual planning framework, that ensures seamless execution and achievement of our marketing goals and objectives, capacity planning, measurement and multi-region / cross-functional collaboration and alignment
● Identifying opportunities to consolidate or streamline initiatives, and collaborating with relevant teams to explore and execute
● Optimising and implementing the global integrated campaign framework to drive cross marketing (and beyond) programs and initiatives to ensure positive outcomes and seamless execution to maximise customer value - this may include (but is not limited to) multi region campaigns, operational initiatives, marketing tool/process implementation, product changes etc

What you'll do

● Support marketing teams to ensure adoption of best practice planning approaches and ensure up to date and accurate plans are visible to all relevant stakeholders
● Manage and facilitate the global quarterly and annual planning framework and process, to drive alignment and collaboration across regional and global marketing functions
● Partner with Brand Experience team to optimise the global integrated marketing campaign framework and process - providing the tools and templates necessary to enable seamless execution and cross-functional engagement
● Drive the consultation, collaboration and engagement across the relevant teams, including leadership buy-in, and engaging other resources as required
● Identify challenges or opportunities where we are likely to miss targets and/or there is an opportunity to improve effectiveness or impact of marketing activity and work with relevant teams to address and action
● Partner with regional and global functions to identify gaps / opportunities to optimise our planning processes and cadence, and work with relevant stakeholders to build and action
● Connect with GTM, Operational, Product teams and external partners beyond marketing as required

What you'll bring

● Proven experience in marketing operations, with a focus on systems, processes, and program implementation
● Strong ability to manage complex planning processes and integrate marketing initiatives across global and regional teams
● Expertise in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, from senior leaders to team members, ensuring a coordinated and standardised approach
● Comfort in translating processes into actionable steps, including tool implementation and framework development
● Excellent organisational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to drive results in a highly process-driven environment
