The Role

Level up your career with Veeva RTSM! Join our scaling team as a Technical Operations Support Engineer and help power our world-class IRT/RTSM platform. • Partner on key architectural initiatives including migrating legacy Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) / Windows infrastructure to AWS
  • Iteratively define, document and refine operational workflows, incident management procedures, and support practices as the team scales
  • Perform in depth root cause analysis for complex system failures, proposing modern, scalable solutions to prevent recurrence
  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical risks before they escalate into high-severity outages or customer issues
  • Serve as an escalation point for Tier 3 support issues involving Windows Server environments, SQL databases, and web services
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of Windows Server, IIS and MSSQL experience
