  • Motivators: Enjoy significant autonomy and cross-functional visibility, operating in a fast-paced environment where your initiative to improve efficiencies is highly valued.

Major Performance Objectives

  2. Ensure Global Corporate Governance: Lead the recordkeeping and filing processes for domestic and international corporate subsidiaries, ensuring 100% compliance on all state filings, annual reports, and board of director changes.

  3. Optimize Legal Infrastructure: Oversee the signature process and maintain accurate, up-to-date commercial contract and due diligence databases, identifying opportunities to expand AI usage, reduce retrieval time or implement new contract lifecycle workflows.

  4. Support Strategic Initiatives: Partner seamlessly with the General Counsel to provide critical administrative and project support on complex, high-visibility projects, including M&A, financings, IP portfolio maintenance, and stock plan administration via Carta.

  3. Establish and manage the processes for setting up and maintaining international corporate subsidiaries.

  4. Assist with equity and stock plan administration utilizing Carta.

  5. Take initiative to identify bottlenecks in current legal workflows and implement practical solutions to improve team efficiency.
