Job description

Who We Are

AeroVect is transforming ground handling with autonomy, redefining how airlines and ground service providers around the globe run day-to-day operations. We are a Series A company backed by top-tier venture capital investors in aviation and autonomous driving. Our customers include some of the world’s largest airlines and ground handling providers. For more information, visit www.aerovect.com.

We’re looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to own AeroVect’s content, from finding stories inside the company to writing, coordinating approvals, and publishing.

You’ll be our primary content marketer, working directly with our founders, engineers, and operations teams. This is a hands-on individual contributor role: you’ll write the content yourself and coordinate external PR and creative partners to bring our technology, customer progress, and team’s work to airline and airport customers, partners, and future teammates.

You Will

  • Write and publish: Own content for AeroVect’s LinkedIn page and draft posts in our founders’ voices, turning company milestones and expertise into a consistent flow of engaging content.

  • Develop stories: Interview founders, engineers, and operators to produce technical explainers, customer stories, and website content that make complex technology clear and compelling.

  • Coordinate announcements: Manage content, assets, timelines, and approvals for funding, product, and customer announcements alongside founders and external PR partners.

  • Drive execution: Run the editorial calendar, proactively gather inputs, organize reusable photos and footage, and brief creative partners to move work from idea to publication.

  • Improve results: Use engagement from relevant audiences, website traffic, and feedback from recruiting and commercial teams to refine what we publish.

You Have

  • 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent demonstrated work, in content marketing, editorial, or communications for technical B2B audiences.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of content you personally wrote, including social posts and longer-form stories.

  • A track record of taking stories from initial idea through interviews, reviews, and publication while coordinating busy contributors and multiple deadlines.

  • Strong editorial judgment: you can explain technical subjects accurately, adapt to different voices, and secure necessary approvals before publishing.

We Prefer

  • Experience at a growing startup, particularly with executive communications or major company announcements.

  • Interest or experience in aviation, robotics, logistics, or industrial technology.
