Job description

EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI. We empower personal injury lawyers and victims to get the justice they deserve. Our products enable law firms to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for victims injured through no fault of their own in vehicle collisions, accidents, natural disasters, and more.

We are one of the fastest-growing vertical SaaS companies in history, and we are just getting started. EvenUp is backed by top VCs, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Bain Capital Ventures, SignalFire, and Lightspeed. We are looking to expand our team with talented, driven, and collaborative individuals who seek to have a lasting impact. Learn more at www.evenuplaw.com.

We're hiring a Senior/Staff/Principal Product Manager to lead product-led growth (PLG) and self-serve tooling that removes operational toil from the processes around the setup, implementation, onboarding, maintenance, and optimization of all EvenUp instances. Your mission is to empower our customers (personal injury law firms) and internal EvenUp ops specialists with products and tooling to ensure our customers are quickly getting the most out of everything that EvenUp has to offer, starting with building self-service data mapping tools that replace today's manual & ops-driven workflows. This is a new seat on our product team, with ample space to define how EvenUp's growth motion scales as our customer base expands.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working at least 3 days a week from one of our office hubs.

What you’ll do

  • Identify which of EvenUp's customer-facing platform workflows (from implementation, onboarding, maintenance, to optimization) are most operationally inefficient for internal teams and customers, and prioritize based on impact and technical feasibility

  • Design and ship self-service tooling, starting with data mapping tools, to ultimately reduce manual engineering and operational overhead

  • Own the metrics that define success for product led growth: number of firms implemented, time-to-implement/onboard, and internal operator hours per onboarding

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and our Operations team to translate manual processes into scalable, self-serve product lines

  • Write PRDs and user stories, run customer conversations, build QA tests, and create enablement material full-cycle ownership from problem discovery through post-launch iteration

  • Thoughtfully incorporate LLM/LMM powered technology into the products that you build to drive customer growth forward, and build guardrails, evals, and feedback loops to support it

What we look for

  • 4+ years of B2B product management experience, with hands-on ownership of customer-facing products involving the automation of manual/operational workflows, heavy data transformation, ETL, and/or data migration/mapping

  • A track record of shipping products that drove measurable customer adoption and impact

  • Comfort across the full PM toolkit — PRDs, user stories, customer interviews, QA, GTM enablement

  • Strong storytelling and written/verbal communication

  • Exhibits strong systems thinking and exceptional at pattern matching

  • (Nice to have) Background as a data engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or data product manager

  • (Nice to have) Hands-on experience with data warehousing, ETL, and/or data orchestration tools (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Airflow)

  • (Nice to have) Familiarity with Claude, Claude Code, Claude Design, Figma, Jira, or SQL

Benefits & Perks:

As part of our total rewards package, we offer attractive benefits and perks to our employees, including:

  • Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your family.

  • Additional insurance coverage options for life, accident, or critical illness.

  • Flexible paid time off, sick leave, short-term and long-term disability.

  • 10 US observed holidays, and Canadian statutory holidays by province.

  • A home office stipend.

  • 401(k) for US-based employees and RRSP for Canada-based employees.

  • Paid parental leave.

  • A local in-person meet-up program.

  • Hubs in San Francisco and Toronto.

(Please note the above benefits & perks are for full-time employees)
