As a Marketing Specialist, you will act as a trusted member of the marketing team. We’re looking for a hard working, multitasking, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our Marketing Team in building and executing a range of marketing activities (from in-person events to lead generation activities). What you will do

Support the Marketing Team’s activities and contribute ideas to enhance activities
Manage ongoing work with marketing suppliers (agency, design, printing, translation, etc),
Assist with content generation for online marketing activities
Assist with event marketing activities
Coordinate and execute logistics and execution of online webinars and in-person

seminars – based on direction of Marketing Manager.

Collect data and analyze the impact and ROI of the marketing team’s activities – events/seminars/webinars, digital activities
Assist with email marketing activities if necessary
Maintain and build relationship with internal sales organization

What we look for

Proven track record of supporting and coordinating a broad range of marketing activities in a fast-paced environment (this is a must)

Strong Japanese communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills – for dealing with partners (this is a must)

Strong prioritization, organization, and project/time management skills (this is a must)

Analytical and data-driven. (Strong excel capabilities are a plus)

Experience with marketing platforms (preferably Salesforce, Hubspot and/or Google Analytics) - or willing to learn

Experience with design software (photoshop, illustrator, video-editing) is a plus

Team player with excellent communication skills (pro-active reporting to manager, and coordination with other team members)

Highly-organized, and self-sufficient (this is a must – the team is small, so you must personally be ‘hands-on’ from start-to-finish on all projects)

Comfortable with ambiguity (a must), and a great problem solver (a plus)

Business-level English capability for global reporting (a plus)
