Responsibilities:
Monitor internal order executions to ensure accuracy, timely trade confirmations, compliance with regulatory requirements and delivery of optimal customer outcomes.
Review and analyze trading activity across over 12,000 instruments, in various asset classes including stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, futures, and forex.
Perform continuous Best Execution monitoring and generate reports for presentation to internal committees.
Develop and produce effective KPIs to evaluate and track trading data and performance.
Manage the processing of dividends and ensure the proper implementation of corporate actions in trading systems.
Work closely with other departments to improve and streamline our current procedures, systems, and tools.
Perform post-trade surveillance to ensure adherence to trading regulations and policies.
Ensure accurate pricing of products and monitor system performance to maintain high execution standards.
Requirements:
University/College degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science/Engineering or any other Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, any other language will be considered an advantage.
Ability to work shifts on rotation (morning/afternoon/night) Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
Nice to have: SQL or Python skills, CySec Advanced Certificate
