Job Description:
DTN is seeking an organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to leaders across our Product and Technology organizations. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing multiple priorities, communicates professionally, and anticipates the needs of the leaders and teams they support.
In this role, you will coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, communications, and team activities while helping our Product and Technology organizations operate effectively. Success requires strong judgment, attention to detail, discretion, resourcefulness, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid position based in Dallas, Texas.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Product and Technology leaders, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting
Coordinate complex schedules, resolve calendar conflicts, and help leaders prioritize meetings and commitments based on business needs
Schedule and organize leadership meetings, team meetings, and Product and Technology events
Prepare agendas, distribute materials, coordinate logistics, and arrange onsite meeting spaces
Assist with internal and external correspondence, monitor and prioritize incoming requests, and help ensure timely follow-up on key items
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including transportation and accommodations, and prepare detailed itineraries as needed
Support the planning and coordination of onsite meetings, leadership sessions, team events, and other organizational activities
Provide administrative and coordination support for special projects, organizational initiatives, and team priorities
Compile information and prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other documents for Product and Technology leaders
Build effective working relationships with employees, leaders, administrative partners, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders
Track action items, deadlines, and outstanding requests to help ensure commitments are completed accurately and on time
Handle sensitive employee, business, and organizational information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
What You Will Bring to the Position
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role, preferably supporting multiple leaders or a business function
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and changing deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally across all levels of an organization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Experience coordinating calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to produce accurate, high-quality work
A proactive and resourceful approach to anticipating needs, resolving routine issues, and following through on commitments
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Collaborative working style with the ability to build positive relationships across geographically dispersed teams

Compensation
The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $48,000 and $65,000. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
