How you'll contribute * Work closely with the CEO on all aspects of the business * Board and fundraising decks * OKRs definition and quarterly post-mortems * Business intelligence/Dashboarding * New business development and opportunity modeling * Itinerant project and program management * Hiring for key roles * Set goals for a special projects squad and develop plans to achieve those goals as quickly as possible * Research opportunities to expand into new products that help accelerate our mission What you need to succeed * 2 years of experience in project management, consulting or banking * Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to synthesize complex information and data to inform decision-making * Data mindset * Hard-working and high-intensity Other Things to Note * This role is based out of Eight Sleep’s New York office * You have flexibility with occasional travel to and from Miami, FL and San Francisco, CA *
