Responsibilities: \- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with long-term business objectives. \- Manage financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. \- Lead projects for continuous improvement in financial and operational processes. \- Work closely with executive management to provide critical financial analysis and insights for strategic decision-making. \- Prepare reports and general materials for investors. \- Monitor market trends and best financial practices to maintain the company’s competitiveness. Requirements: \- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Business, or Economics. Master’s degree is a plus. \- At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Consulting. \- Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus. \- Proven ability to drive financial results. \- Strong analytical & modeling skills. \- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; VBA skills preferred. \- Fluent in English; able to conduct business conversations. Desired Profile: \- Adaptable, enjoying fast-paced environments, and thrive under tight deadlines. \- Open to continuous learning, particularly interested in logistics and technology in Latin America. \- Proactive and independent approach to new topics and challenges. \- Extremely high attention to detail and methodical in work approach.
