The Role
We’re looking for a builder. Product managers here own the whole arc, from user research and pain points, through ideas on how to solve them, to working prototypes built with AI tools. Sometimes a prototype is good enough that the code ships to production. You don't have to be an engineer or write code by hand. The tooling has changed what one person can build, and we expect you to take advantage of it. Our interview process includes a short prototype exercise: you'll build something small and walk us through it.
Your immediate focus is Spark, and there will be opportunities to work on our other products as well.
This is a fully remote position anywhere in North or South America.
How You'll Make an Impact Here:
- You'll write the specs and run the experiments that grow Spark's retention and subscription revenue
- You'll work closely with our product and content designers on the details of the experience
- You'll study the apps we compete with and bring what you learn back to the team
- You'll discover new growth opportunities through qualitative research and quantitative analysis
- You'll run the team rituals that keep Spark's team connected and productive
What We're Looking For:
- You have owned product work on consumer mobile apps end to end, from framing the problem to shipping and measuring the result
- You have strong product and design taste, and shipped work that shows it
- You know how subscription products make money, and what keeps users engaged and retained
- You design and read your own experiments, and own the call when the results are ambiguous
- You build working prototypes with agentic coding tools like Claude Code and Codex
- You manage your own priorities and momentum in a fully remote team
Bonus:
- A background in product design, whether trained or self-taught
- Experience on games, puzzles, or another product people use daily
- Time at a smaller company where you regularly worked outside your role
- Interest in learning, brain training, and mental fitness
Benefits:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family
- Distributed team flexibility, with a home-office stipend and co-working reimbursement
- Annual learning, wellness, and travel stipends
- Generous PTO, flexible sick leave, and paid parental leave
- Annual company meetup in fun location
