Are you still interested? If so, please follow the instructions in the interview process section below to join the team. ### **About Us** Join our fast growing, remote, Harvard and Y Combinator backed AI startup and revolutionize how the industry does community building, sales, and event production with Venu! Venu is founded by Jeremy Lam, a 10-year CEO, backed by Harvard and YC, helping startup founders meet qualified sales leads in person by automating event production with Venu. Jeremy previously developed a metaverse events platform called Venu, hosted 1000-person conferences with Microsoft, Samsung, Stanford, CNN, and The US White House, founded a VR game development studio, founded a robotics education startup, shipped the Microsoft HoloLens and Xbox One at Microsoft, and graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelors in Computer Engineering. ### **Responsibilities** • Be the customer, use Venu yourself, develop customer empathy, and improve Venu to solve your #1 pain point as the customer. • Deliver your first feature in 1 week and push your feature to customers in 2 weeks. • Use, test, code review, peer code review, document, identify bugs, and identify pain points. • Use Python, React, Django, Microsoft Azure AI/ML, databases, docker compose, and devops automation. • Be a passionate, proactive team player, a good communicator, bring a positive energy to the team, and help team members to enable others to be successful, happy, and fulfilled on the team • Anyone can take this position as long as you show up every day, do the work, and you're passionate about solving these problems, helping the team, and gaining experience. ### **Compensation** • This is an unpaid part time position. • Maximum time commitment is 5 hours a week.
