We’re looking for a Senior Physiotherapist located in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne to join our growing team, delivering high-quality care to our clients.

Tasks and responsibilities

Clinical work

  • Assess and manage the needs of clients, and provide expert advice and treatment options
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the delivery of care
  • Utilise advanced clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice
  • Lead in the development and implementation of clinical programs and services
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with documentation requirement
  • Provide clinical support and coaching to junior Physiotherapists
  • Continually review our current processes with an eye for improvements, including updating our team
    wiki with best practice
  • Prepare training and educational materials for the organisations we work closely with
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and develop strategies to enhance the quality of care
  • Engage in professional development activities to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge 

Team Management Support

  • Support the team management by mentoring and coaching a team in delivering client-centred care;
    you’ll be closely supported by the National Head of Physiotherapy
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns
  • Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of physiotherapists
  • Ensure that all compliance requirements are met, including team certifications are up to date

Organisational Growth

  • Proactively create knowledge sharing opportunities across Nimbus Health
  • Contribute to company and departmental training sessions
  • Act as a brand advocate for Nimbus Health

Requirements

We are looking for candidates that genuinely care for our clients and want to make each and every experience memorable!

  • Located in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne
  • Bachelor Degree of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • A valid Australian driver's license
  • Regular access to a car
  • Advanced clinical skills and knowledge of a range of physiotherapy treatment modalities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a caseload of clients
    and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
  • A positive attitude and strong desire to make a difference in clients' lives
