Who you are
We’re looking for a strategic, systems-oriented Senior Director, Marketing Operations to build the infrastructure that enables smart, scalable growth. This role will bring rigor, discipline, and data to how marketing plans, executes, and measures its work—ensuring we hit our goals with clarity, consistency, and impact. You’ll support everything from campaign planning and performance tracking to budget management and brand execution.
What you'll do
- Design and manage processes for annual and quarterly marketing planning, including OKR development, campaign calendars, and performance tracking
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor marketing ROI, campaign performance, brand health metrics, and OKR progress
- Define and standardize measurement frameworks across performance, brand, content, and lifecycle marketing efforts
- Own and evolve the marketing tech stack—including tools for automation, reporting, project management, and asset management including AI tools
- Lead the operational rhythm of the marcom team: weekly standups, quarterly planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Partner with marketing leaders to improve workflows, surface insights, and drive cross-functional alignment on timelines and deliverables
- Ensure brand campaigns and creative assets are delivered with consistency and operational excellence—supporting project management, reviews, QA, and launches
- Drive operational execution and last mile delivery of marketing mandated programs throughout the physical and digital operation
- Bring visibility and discipline to budget planning, pacing, and vendor management
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of marketing and brand operations experience in a high-growth consumer, agency or technology environment
- Proven track record in building marketing measurement systems and reporting frameworks tied to business objectives
- Familiarity with OKRs, KPI setting, and cross-functional marketing planning processes
- Strong experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo), analytics platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau), and project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday, Airtable)
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills—with the ability to bring clarity and structure to complex initiatives
- Experience supporting brand marketing and creative teams with process, tools, and workflow governance
- Experience in mobility, fintech, or AI-driven businesses is a plus
- Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you help build the plane as you fly it is a plus
When you join Metropolis, you’ll join a team of world-class product leaders and engineers, building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate. The anticipated base salary for this is $215,000.00 USD to $240,000.00 USD annually. The actual base salary offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base salary is one component of Metropolis's total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a lucrative stock option plan, bonus plans and more. #LI-KD1 #LI-Onsite
