Job description

Senior Account Executive — London

What We're Building & Why now

The last major technological shift - the rise of the consumer internet - created LinkedIn as the networked winner in recruitment. The next great shift is here. AI is transforming how people and companies connect and it will redefine the global labor market.

At Jack & Jill, we are building the company that leads this transformation.

We’re a year old, have released two agentic products (Jack and Jill), have built a brilliant team of Europe’s best engineers, operators and ex founders, and have raised $20M, led by tier-1 VC Creandum (Lovable, Spotify, Black Forest Labs) Read more on TechCrunch.

The short version

Demand has come to us so far — our motion is ~90% inbound. Now we're going out to get the companies we actually want. You'll be our first salesperson dedicated to mid-market: a named book of ~150 target accounts in London, full lifecycle from first touch to signed to expanded. If the idea of a defined patch, marquee-logo hunting, and nobody doing your prospecting for you sounds like the good part — keep reading.

What you'll do

You'll own a book of the highest-potential accounts in London, end to end. Roughly 75% of your motion will be outbound; this is hunting, not inbound harvesting.

You'll do whatever it credibly takes to win an account: sharp outbound, events, dinners, working a buying committee from the TA team up to the C-suite on the biggest accounts.

Once a company is live, the job is only half done: you'll expand your accounts and keep them there, because a customer running one role churns; a customer running six refers.

What success looks like

Your first six months are measured on winning the right logos efficiently, names that make the next ten companies want in, not just on grinding a revenue number.

You'll help adapt our high-velocity sales process for more complex mid-market deals, and your field feedback will directly steer what our product and our AI agents do next. There's real infrastructure behind you: CRM, data infra, a brand marketing team with months of campaigns planned, and a B2B marketer on the way, but no SDRs. You are the top of your own funnel, by design.

You'll build a breadth of high-quality accounts, scale them and have the pipeline to ramp up that growth.

What we're looking for

We care about three things above all. First, outbound hunting DNA; you've opened doors yourself, as an SDR or a prospecting AE, and you like it. You care about the outcome, you're not precious about the tasks it takes to produce them.

Career-long post-sales or pure account management without any hunting won't be a fit.

Second, startup fluency: you've done well somewhere early-stage, moving fast with limited resources and real ambiguity; a career spent only inside giant enterprises won't translate here.

Third, pedigree: you learned to sell on an elite or genuinely competitive sales floor, whether that's a name-brand SaaS playbook company, a fast-growing AI-native startup, or a scrappy floor where the leaderboard meant something, and you have the numbers to show for it (consistent quota overachievement matters more to us than the absolute size of the quota).

We're open on seniority — from a hungry seller with ~2 years of elite startup selling and 100%+ attainment, to a proven mid-level AE with $1M+ closed per year, to a former sales leader who genuinely wants to get back on the tools as an IC. Compensation scales accordingly. Experience selling into TA/HR (ATS, EOR, RPO) is a nice bonus, not a requirement — and you don't need to be an AI expert, just curious and confident with it.

Other details

This is an IC role. There are no management promises in the next 12–18 months. We're early enough that anything could be true later, but if you need a people-leadership track on a schedule, this isn't your role.

You'll need to be London-based (we will consider supporting relocation and visas in exceptional circumstances) and in our Shoreditch office 5 day.

And it's early-stage: high ownership, real ambiguity, substantial equity, and the chance to be the person who built the mid-market book at Jack & Jill.

Compensation

£180k OTE+ depending on experience, plus equity.

How to apply

You can apply here and tell us about the hardest logo you've ever landed, how you got in, who you sold to, and what happened after the ink dried.
