About the Role

As a Member of Technical Staff - Internal Agent Engineering at Entendre, you will build systems that make Entendre AI native, enhancing the core developer experience and internal operations. You will drive the creation of internal agents to improve efficiency and knowledge management, making a direct impact on the productivity and effectiveness of our team.

• Design and ship internal agents focused on developer experience, operations, and knowledge management.

• Define and maintain context architectures—including documentation, code repositories, and APIs—that internal agents can reason about and utilize.

• Identify key bottlenecks in workflows and design systems to eliminate them permanently.

• Develop lightweight internal products, such as CLI tools, Slack bots, and Chrome extensions, to empower teammates with powerful capabilities.

• Document all tools and systems you build to ensure they are easy for others to extend and maintain.
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience building scalable internal tools, agents, or workflow-automation products.

• Strong understanding of developer workflows, context management, and internal process automation.

• Proficiency in software development, API building, and integrating diverse systems.

• Excellent documentation and communication skills to facilitate team-wide adoption and extension of your work.

• Experience developing internal agents such as coding agents, CRM agents, or customer support agents.

• Ability to architect solutions that treat the company as an evolving, accessible knowledge base.
