Overview
As Materials Handler, you will be an integral member of Xona’s Supply Chain organization, supporting the safe and efficient movement of materials, hardware, equipment, and shipments throughout our facility.
This is a hands-on role supporting shipping and receiving and warehouse activities. You will work closely with the Logistics Lead and teams across Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, and Quality to ensure incoming and outgoing materials are safely handled, properly prepared, and moved where they are needed.
Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized loading dock, shipping, receiving, and material-staging areas.
Break down cardboard boxes, pallets, crates, packing materials, and other shipping waste and dispose of or recycle materials appropriately.
Receive incoming deliveries and assist with unloading trucks, couriers, freight shipments, pallets, crates, and other materials.
Pack and unpack crates, boxes, pallets, and shipping containers while protecting sensitive hardware and materials from damage.
Move hardware, equipment, components, and materials between receiving, warehouse, production, cleanroom, engineering, test, and staging areas.
Support inventory organization, material put-away, cycle counts, kitting, and material issuance as needed.
Follow applicable safety, ESD, FOD, quality, and material-handling requirements when working with flight hardware, electronic components, and other sensitive materials.
Requirements
1–3 years of material handling, warehouse, shipping and receiving, manufacturing, logistics, or related experience preferred.
Experience packing, unpacking, crating, palletizing, and handling equipment or manufactured goods.
Experience working in a manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, automotive, industrial, or warehouse environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Engineering, and external delivery personnel.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly perform bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting activities.

For U.K. Roles: To comply with U.K. regulations, this role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks, and successful candidates must be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).
For Canada Roles: Successful candidates must obtain and hold a security clearance at the reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR.
