CoreWeave is the AI Hyperscaler, delivering a cloud platform of cutting-edge software powering the next wave of AI. We seek a dynamic and experienced marketing events manager to join our team and drive the planning and execution of events and brand activations. 

Position Overview

The Marketing Events Manager will create, manage, and execute a wide range of events and experiences that enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and support our marketing objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for event planning, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver memorable and impactful experiences. They will also be responsible for developing and executing events to enhance our market presence and drive customer engagement. Ideal candidates have a passion for technology and a deep understanding of B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy aligned with CoreWeave’s marketing goals and objectives.
    • Plan and manage diverse events, including conferences, webinars, trade shows, product launches, customer appreciation, and internal company events.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event goals, target audience, and critical messages.
  • Event Execution
    • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, contract negotiation, budget management, and timeline development.
    • Ensure seamless execution of events by overseeing setup, registration, attendee engagement, and post-event activities.
    • Lead event promotion efforts, including creating compelling marketing materials, email campaigns, social media posts, and event landing pages.
  • Experience Management
    • Design and implement unique and engaging event experiences that leave a lasting impression on attendees.
    • Incorporate innovative technologies and interactive elements to enhance attendee engagement and participation.
    • Gather and analyze attendee feedback to continuously improve event experiences.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align event messaging and branding with overall marketing campaigns.
    • Partner with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure events support business objectives and drive lead generation and customer retention.
    • Liaise with external partners, sponsors, and industry influencers to maximize event impact and reach.
  • Metrics and Reporting
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for events to measure success and ROI.
    • Prepare detailed post-event reports, including analysis of attendee demographics, engagement levels, and feedback.
    • Use data insights to refine event strategies and improve future events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in the technology or cloud computing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Proficiency in event management software and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000 to $105,000. Pay is based on several factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
