How You Will Make an Impact

As a Loadout Coordinator, you’ll help keep our logistics operations moving safely and efficiently by remotely coordinating truck loading activities from our Austin office.

You’ll communicate directly with drivers, monitor the loading process, enter shipment information, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure trucks move through the process accurately and on time.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable with computers, enjoys helping people, pays attention to details, and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and coordinate truck loading activities while following established operating and safety procedures
  • Communicate in real time with truck drivers throughout the load-out process and provide professional, responsive customer service
  • Accurately enter and verify driver, truck, and shipment information
  • Monitor load-out activity and help identify or resolve issues that could cause delays
  • Follow established manual procedures to keep operations moving during system interruptions
  • Perform and document required daily inspections
  • Escalate safety, equipment, system, or operational concerns to the appropriate team
  • Work closely with drivers, operations teams, and other partners to maintain efficient truck flow
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Comfortable working with computers, entering data, and learning new technology
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately while managing multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and follow safety procedures, operating instructions, and process documentation
  • Dependable and team-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when priorities change or unexpected issues arise
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Schedule & Pay

This position is onsite at our Austin, TX office and offers a unique schedule that gives you a full week off every other week.

  • $18.00/hour with built-in overtime
  • 12-hour shifts
  • 7 days on / 7 days off
  • Work seven consecutive days, followed by seven consecutive days off
