Pay Transparency:


The pay range for this role is:

$90,100.00-$153,300.00/Annual

The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles.

 

Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.

 

In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees, including without limitation, a 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period, an employee stock purchase plan, “flexible time off” for salaried employees and, for hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks’ vacation annually (based on tenure), accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick time, paid and/or floating holidays, parental leave, short- and long-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and/or health and welfare benefits.

Job Details

The Learning Management System (LMS) Manager is responsible for setting a strategy for the continual evolution of the Learning Management System (LMS) and its usage throughout the organization. The incumbent will resolve and identify issues and trends to support learning activities across the organization. The leader will be expected to provide a strategy for the execution of developing and analyzing reports, monitoring training matrices, course content, and approvals, and serving as the point of contact for building and coordinating assignments of courses. For the Boston location, the role follows a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days per week onsite at our headquarters located at 125 Summer Street.

  • Own the global Learning Management System strategy, roadmap, and administration, including LMS operational activities.
  • Lead the deployment of corporate, compliance, regulatory, and quality training initiatives through the LMS.
  • Serve as implementation lead for new and existing compliance training technologies, tools, integrations, and system enhancements.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize LMS projects and improvements.
  • Establish LMS governance, standards, and documentation to ensure consistent setup, catalog accuracy, and effective system support.
  • Ensure course content and system functionality are tested across supported browsers, operating systems, and integrated platforms, including user acceptance testing.
  • Maintain LMS data feeds and system integrations to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliable reporting.
  • Manage compliance training communications, reporting, KPI deliverables, training matrices, course assignments, and approvals.
  • Provide LMS guidance, training, and support to users, administrators, global business units, and subsidiaries.
  • Monitor LMS issues and trends through case management data and drive continuous improvement actions.
  • Support LMS audit readiness and represent the LMS function during audits.

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Information Systems, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience administering and managing enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS) in a global organization, ideally Cornerstone OnDemand
  • Demonstrated experience developing LMS strategy, governance, roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience supporting compliance, regulatory, quality, and corporate learning programs in a highly regulated environment.
  • Experience creating and maintaining training matrices, learning curricula, course catalogs, assignment rules, and learner records.
  • Experience supporting audits and maintaining training-related documentation in regulated environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training skills, with the ability to influence and drive adoption across global teams.
