About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Connectivity and Integrations product area with a focus on enabling Canary to expand its addressable market and to pursue new integrations that unlock new staff-facing and guest-facing workflows. This is a key strategic role that will work across the product team and cross-functionally with our sales, customer success, and implementations teams. As Product Lead over our Connectivity team, you will have a direct impact in charting the growth trajectory for Canary and supporting new product initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for Canary's third-party integrations across reservation platforms, payment gateways, and other adjacent hospitality integrations.
Serve as the platform product manager for integrations across all Canary products, defining shared frameworks and reusable APIs so product teams can connect to any partner system without rebuilding from scratch.
Prioritize the integration roadmap based on customer demand, enterprise brand requirements, and revenue impact.
Own the relationships with integration partners including technical scoping, testing + certification, and managing each partnership across the integration lifecycle.
Partner with product teams to ensure integrations meet each product's needs while keeping the underlying platform consistent and maintainable.
Define and track integration health metrics - data accuracy, sync reliability, uptime, latency, and coverage - surfacing actionable improvements before customers feel the impact.
Represent the integrations roadmap to enterprise customers, sales, and customer success translating technical constraints into clear commitments and realistic timelines.
What We’re Looking For
6+ years in product management, including experience owning platform, API, or integration products.
Hands-on experience with third-party system integrations — ideally PMS, CRS, or payment gateways/processors, or comparable B2B ecosystems (fintech rails, ERP, EHR, or similar).
Enough technical depth to go deep with engineers on APIs, webhooks, data modeling, authentication, and integration architecture — and to ask the right questions.
A track record as a platform PM serving multiple internal product teams as your customers, balancing competing needs against a single coherent platform vision.
Experience managing external vendor and partner relationships, including technical scoping and certification processes.
Strong analytical skills and comfort connecting integration reliability and coverage to customer and business outcomes.
Ability to operate with ambiguity and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
Experience in hospitality technology (PMS, CRS, or payments) is a strong plus.
Compensation
Target cash compensation ranges from $210,000 - $260,000, including a fixed annual salary and a performance-based bonus paid quarterly.
This role also includes a stock option grant, subject to board approval.
Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's skill level, experience, and specific work location.
