Job description
### **About the Company** GoGoGrandparent’s (GoGo’s) mission is to help older adults live independently in their home for as long as possible. We do that by tailoring existing on demand apps to the needs of people living with mobility, visual, cognitive and dexterity impairments and letting older adults use them by making a phone call. After ordering, our service becomes a virtual caregiver that monitors the instrumental activities of daily living (mobility, meals, groceries, medication delivery & home management) for tens of thousands of older adults around the United States. We’re profitable, have been around since 2016 & haven’t raised any venture capital financing to date. The company was inspired by the cofounder’s grandmother, who still uses us to this day (she’s turning 95 in March)! **This is a fully remote position located in the United States** ### Job Summary The Growth Product Manager will have broad autonomy to identify and act on opportunities in expanding our core service, rides. This is our largest and most mature service line, and improving its conversion funnel can have a meaningful impact on the company. The role includes customer research, working closely with phone operators, data analysis, and running rigorous A/B tests. ### Responsibilities: * Own the ‘Rides’ product funnel end to end, from first touch through registration.  * Identify and prioritize the highest impact opportunities to improve conversion, using data, operator feedback, and customer insights. * Design, run, and analyze A/B tests on phone and CRM flows to drive measurable improvements. * Work closely with Customer Service Representatives to understand call dynamics, test scripts, and improve in-call conversion. * Conduct user research to uncover friction points and validate new ideas. * Collaborate with engineering, ops, and QA to ensure high quality execution and smooth rollouts. * Develop clear hypotheses, success metrics, and post-launch analyses for all major initiatives. * Drive continuous iteration on the customer experience to increase conversion and long term value. * Own and maintain a prioritized product roadmap focused on highest impact growth opportunities.     ### Skills & Qualifications * Bachelors’ degree. * 3+ years of experience in full-cycle product development in a non-managerial role.  * Highly competent in writing SQL queries to generate and explore data. * Data analysis experience, able to crunch numbers in spreadsheets comfortably to assist with decision making. * Skilled in running AB tests (pricing, engagement, provider incentives). * Keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure. * Superior project management and interpersonal skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ### Benefits * Healthcare Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) * 8 Paid company holidays + 4 Cultural days * Personal Time-off of 15 days at start * 401k Plan * Parental leave
