The Gardening team in Lightricks’ Operations Department is hiring a professional and passionate Gardener to join our skilled and dedicated team!
Our Operations team leads the day-to-day logistical running of the company — from transport and office needs to ongoing employee support. We also drive the employee experience through enrichment initiatives, company events, and plenty of swag and great food. By building a strong operational infrastructure, we enable all teams to create, deliver, and meet their goals.
Gardening and greenery are an integral part of Lightricks’ DNA, shaping our beautiful and inspiring work environment. We’re looking for someone who shares our love for plants and design to help maintain and grow our unique green spaces.
What you will be doing
- Maintain outdoor gardens and landscaped areas.
- Provide expert care for indoor plants.
- Cultivate and maintain vegetable and decorative gardens.
- Perform seasonal planting, watering, pruning, and general plant care.
- Manage and maintain irrigation systems.
- Participate in large-scale gardening projects, including planning and design.
Your skills and experience
- Full-time availability (Sunday–Thursday, 7:00–16:00) at our offices in Givat Ram, Jerusalem.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in gardening and/or professional expertise in plant, soil, and water sciences — with strong emphasis on soilless gardening and indoor plant care.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in professional gardening.
- Willingness and ability to perform intensive, physical outdoor work.
- Strong operational and organizational skills, including task management and coordination with suppliers.
- High level of professionalism, responsibility, and teamwork.
- Genuine passion for plants and gardening.
- Ability to work with computer systems - a strong advantage.
- An academic degree in a relevant field - a plus.
- Experience using gardening tools - a plus.
- Good command of English - a plus.
