Job description: **ROE is a hypergrowth startup** in the SF Bay Area building Cursor for Financial Compliance. Today, ROE is trusted by multiple public companies representing $400B+ in combined market cap. Y Combinator, Google AI Ventures, Ardent Ventures, the CEO of Snowflake, and senior leaders from LinkedIn and top fintechs back us. **What you'll do** * Build AI agent platform to serve risk and compliance in trillion-dollar financial industry (don't worry if you don't know anything about finance) * Build mission critical features for Fortune 500 customers * Operate as one team: own problems end-to-end, review each other’s code, and move quickly. **What you won’t do** * Bureaucracy. No 3-month approvals to launch a feature. * Politics. No fighting other teams for headcount or scope. * Build for the void.
