Job title
Founder's Office Intern - Partnerships
Job location
India
Job description

We’re looking for 1–2 Founder’s Office Interns to work directly with me on building Human Archive’s campus partnership network across India.

The goal is simple: build relationships with the most ambitious, hands-on student organizations in the country and turn them into a long-term network for data collection, sponsorships, and hiring.

We’re especially interested in people who are currently in their 3rd or 4th year of university and have already built or led something meaningful on campus.

You might have:

  • Led a major college fest, event, or student organization

  • Run a Formula Student / Formula Electric / robotics / aerospace team

  • Worked on biotech experiments, hardware projects, fabrication, carpentry, woodworking, civil engineering, bridge-building, or other hands-on engineering projects

  • Built a strong community of unusually ambitious students

  • Been the person who could actually make things happen inside your university

What you’ll do

You’ll work directly with the founders to build a pan-India network of high-quality student organizations.

That includes:

  • Identifying the strongest student organizations across India's top universities

  • Reaching out to and building relationships with their leadership teams

  • Creating partnerships and sponsorship programs with these organizations

  • Figuring out which campuses and communities are best suited for different Human Archive data-collection projects

  • Building repeatable systems for launching programs across dozens of campuses

  • Using this network as a pipeline for finding exceptional interns, operators, engineers, and future full-time hires

  • Traveling to campuses and events when necessary

This is not a traditional campus ambassador program.

We want to build deep relationships with organizations where students are actually building things, running large operations, organizing hundreds of people, or executing technically difficult projects.

You’d be a good fit if

  • You’re extremely high-agency and don’t need to be told how to get something done

  • You have strong campus networks or know how to build them quickly

  • You’re comfortable cold reaching out to people and turning conversations into partnerships

  • You’ve led teams, organizations, events, or technically ambitious projects yourself

  • You understand how student communities actually work

  • You’re persuasive, organized, and extremely fast-moving

  • You want exposure to how a fast-growing startup builds operations and talent networks from scratch

You’ll work closely with the founders and have significant ownership from day one.

Location: Bangalore / Remote with travel across India
