Chariot has tens of thousands of nonprofit and DAF relationships. This role will focus on turning those relationships into a community - one that shows up for our events and feels connected to the DAF movement. You'll own [DAF Day,](https://www.dafday.com/) our conference presence, and the content engine that keeps organizations engaged. You'll also lay the groundwork for Chariot's first owned flagship event. If you love producing events, building audiences, and making people feel like insiders, read on.
* **Own DAF Day** (2025 recap [here](https://www.givechariot.com/resources/insights/daf-day-sees-exponential-growth-in-year-two-moving-millions-in-daf-dollars-to-nonprofits)). Full campaign (virtual + in-person), partner coordination, content, promotion.
* **Grow event participation.** Webinars, user forums, conference activations.
* **Run our conference presence.** \~12 sector conferences/year: booth, speaking support, side events
* **Launch a content engine.** Recaps, newsletters, slides, follow-up assets that keep the community warm
* **Lay groundwork for our first flagship event.** Planning Chariot's first owned conference

* Proven track record producing events
* Comfort in Figma Slides and strong prose for recaps and collateral
* Experience growing an audience or member community

* **Externally magnetic.** Comfortable and credible in rooms full of nonprofit professionals
* **An Owner.** Owns projects fully and can project manage from start to finish
* **Organized**. Keeps many moving parts on track
* **Low ego.** Works fluidly with many stakeholders, vendors, and speakers
