Role Description: Cloud Operations Engineer – Prishtine, Kosovo
Role Purpose:
We are looking for a Cloud Support engineer, proficient in providing technical services for our organization's products. This role will be resolving the technical faults in software and hardware, installing and configuring computer systems, and identifying and resolving any issues regarding computer hardware and software. This role will be in direct contact with the clients for any technical assistance required by them.

Responsibilities:
Help our customers integrate their applications with Wasabi Assist our partners in successfully deploying Wasabi into their customer environments Explore the inner workings of the S3 protocol and how it communicates with Wasabi’s services Respond to escalated customer support issues. Troubleshoot and Replicate customer environments for the reproduction of defects. Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure platforms meet functionality and availability expectations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Networking, and Hardware or IT-related field. Hands-on experience with AWS S3. 3+ years of experience in technical support or network operations or a related role. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container technologies for deployment and orchestration. Automation skills using Ansible, Terraform, and Bash for infrastructure management. Professional certifications such as AWS S3, Linux, Cisco, or Unix will be preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
