The Opportunity:

Factorial Energy is seeking a Battery Production Technician - Electrolyte Mixing & Filling to join our team in Cheonan, South Korea. This person will be responsible for supporting core manufacturing processes, including Electrolyte (EL) Mixing, Filling, and Degassing.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Operate the Electrolyte (EL) Mixing process.
  • Measure and mix electrolyte and solvents according to SOPs.
  • Perform cell filling operations and operate production equipment.
  • Carry out the degassing process.
  • Report and respond immediately to process abnormalities.
  • Record production results and work history.
  • Maintain workplace and equipment cleanliness (5S).
  • Follow safety procedures when handling electrolytes and chemicals.
  • Work closely with engineers to support production.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.

 

We are looking for people who:

  • Associate degree (2–3 year college) or higher.
  • Able to work in a clean room environment.
  • Able to follow SOPs with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Experience in lithium-ion or solid-state battery manufacturing.
  • Experience with Electrolyte Mixing or Filling processes.
  • Previous cleanroom experience.
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Basic English communication skills for working with overseas engineers.
