About Us
CopilotKit is the #1 open-source platform for connecting AI Agents with user-facing applications. In our first two years, we’ve delivered the fastest growing Javascript AI framework of all time, and built a vibrant community (40k+ GitHub stars, millions of weekly installs, 10s of millions of copilot interactions, double-digit MoM growth), are already monetizing at the enterprise level, and are used by companies ranging from startups to Fortune 100s (including production usage by over 10% of Fortune 500s).
We’re emerging as the default for a critical part of the AI stack: the agent/user interaction layer. CopilotKit brings agents out of demos and terminals and into production, through deep integrations with the leading AI infrastructure companies and hyper-scalers (including the leading AI/infra teams at Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, LangChain, Mastra, Pydantic, Agno, and others).
Our small, fast-moving team is building the agentic application platform that will define how user-interactive AI actually manifests in the real world. This is a unique opportunity to join as an early leader on one of the most complex and high-leverage surfaces in AI — with significant scope for technical, product, and leadership growth.
The Role
You'll be the primary technical contact for Global 1000 prospects and enterprise customers — riding shotgun with sales to demonstrate, architect, and build with CopilotKit. You'll run live demos, code proof-of-concepts, and provide hands-on technical guidance to help customers confidently get to production.
This role requires both technical depth and customer energy. You'll hold weekly working sessions debugging customer code, provide architectural advice on agent-user interaction patterns, triage issues and questions from customers, and create technical content that converts prospects. You'll work directly with engineering leadership for support and mentorship while helping shift from individual heroics to a scalable GTM machine.
We're Looking for Pilots, Not Just Mechanics
You need to think at the level of systems and outcomes — not just implementation. You're fluent in AI-assisted development as your primary mode of working, directing AI to rapidly prototype demos and explore customer architectures (where allowed) while evaluating outputs and course-correcting in real time. You've shipped meaningful work this way and understand that effective pre-sales engineering requires this higher-level perspective combined with the ability to code alongside customers.
What You'll Do
Act as primary technical contact during sales and POC calls with Global 1000 companies
Run live product demos and code demo applications for specific customer use cases
Hold weekly technical working sessions with customer teams: architecture advice, debugging, and inbound questions
Provide white-glove support through design reviews, priority bug fixing, and production readiness guidance
Partner with sales and GTM teams to design POCs that convert prospects
Create walkthroughs and technical pitches for both technical and business stakeholders
Capture customer feedback and advocate effectively with engineering on their behalf
What We're Looking For
Strong foundation in TypeScript (React) or Python
Experience building and architecting AI agents
AI-native workflow: You actively use AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) to rapidly prototype demos, explore architectures, and accelerate customer engagements; think at the level of systems and outcomes, directing AI while evaluating outputs critically
Ability to explain technical concepts simply and persuasively to engineers and business leaders
Comfortable presenting to both engineers and business stakeholders
Prior work in pre-sales, Solutions Engineering, or DevRel with extensive customer-facing experience
Curiosity and scrappiness — excited to learn and share, even when speculative
Interest in developer tools and open source ecosystems
Bonus Points
Familiarity with agent frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, etc.
Experience with technical content creation (blog posts, demos, walkthroughs)
Active participation in developer communities and events
Willingness to travel for important clients (world-wide)
