Job description: # **Chief of Staff** **Full-time · In-person · San Francisco** ## **About the role** Ruma Care is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO as we scale. We’re looking for a consulting / banking / private equity / startup type to join us in person as we scale. You will own some of the most important projects in the company across GTM, sales, operations, finance, fundraising, and special projects. This role is for someone who understands urgency. You should be intense, organized, analytical, and excited to do hard things without a playbook. If you perform well, the role, title, and compensation will evolve much faster than they would in a traditional job. ## Requirements: 1. High agency and ownership. You will be trusted with important work and held accountable for execution. 2. Extremely organized and detail-oriented. You manage many moving pieces without dropping the ball. 3. Strong analytical ability. You are comfortable in Excel / Sheets and can build clean models, KPI trackers, and operating plans. 4. Clear communicator. You can turn messy information into crisp decks, memos, and customer materials. 5. Resourceful, proactive, “will do” attitude. 6. Move fast, follow through, and make the company more organized every week. 7. Willingness to work hard. This is not a 9-5 job. ## **Perks** 1.
