About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. Responsibilities
Participate in the full-stack development and maintenance of the KYC (Know Your Customer) system, covering both backend services and frontend features
Assist in drafting and implementing the interface documentation for KYC business modules
Participate in feature testing and regression for KYC releases, and help troubleshoot issues reported by the QA team
Support the CS team in resolving and classifying customer issues for system improvement
Requirements
Computer-related major, bachelor's degree (final-year students and fresh graduates are both welcome)
Solid Java fundamentals and good understanding of OOP; basic awareness of multithreading and networking concepts
Some exposure to Spring / Spring Boot (coursework or personal projects are sufficient)
Familiar with basic MySQL usage; knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus
Basic understanding of common middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ or Kafka (hands-on experience is a plus, not required)
Full-stack interest: some frontend foundation (HTML/CSS/JavaScript); familiarity with React or Vue is preferred
Good logical thinking, teamwork and a strong willingness to learn
Able to read and write technical documents in English; good spoken English is an advantage
